View teams auto-granted overtime and comp off records

Overtime means working extra hours beyond the regular work schedule, often with additional pay. Compensatory off (compensatory time off) is when employees get time off instead of extra pay for working those extra hours.

As a manager, managing overtime and comp off records of many employees can be challenging. Handling large volumes of records and limited access to the ESS portal for blue-collar workers adds complexity. You also need to approve overtime before payroll, which slows down the process and makes it tedious.

greytHR’s Auto-Grant OT/Comp-off feature simplifies this. It automatically grants team members extra hours worked as overtime or comp off based on the configured overtime policy. This reduces your burden and ensures accurate tracking of extra hours.

The Auto-Grant OT/Comp-off page on the greytHR ESS portal displays all the auto-granted compensatory off and overtime records of your team members. You can filter these records for a particular attendance period or date range.
