While trying to mark attendance from your workplace location, if your mobile ESS app displays the Device Change screen, it means that you must register your device in the greytHR database. Once your admin approves the request, you are ready to mark attendance. The process ensures the safety of data and safeguards you against any malpractices.
To register your device in the greytHR database, you must perform the following actions:
On the Device Change screen, from the dropdown list, select the required reason for changing the device.
Tap Submit to raise the request for changing the device. You will get the message "Your request is underway!".
Tap the Check Status button to view the status of your request. You can also tap the Withdraw button to cancel the device change request.
Note: Once your request is approved/rejected, you will be notified via email and will be able to sign in from your mobile device.
