Profile information refers to a collection of personal and professional details. The Human Resources (HR) department stores and manages employee information for various purposes. Having profile information in an employee self-service portal is a valuable tool that can benefit both employees and organizations. It allows employees to access and manage their information 24/7, from anywhere. It also helps organizations to comply with regulations and improve employee engagement.
The My Profile screen in the greytHR Mobile application allows you to view your personal details.
To view the My Profile screen, on the top right corner of the greytHR mobile app's Home screen, tap your Profile picture or Name initials. A sidebar opens. Tap My Profile to view your profile information.
The My Profile screen displays your profile picture with your full name. You can also view your ID, Email ID, Mobile number, Emergency Contact No, Designation, Department, Location of work, Sub Department, reporting manager, Joining Date, and Blood Group.
Note: Tap the Home icon on the top right corner of the screen to return to the Home screen.
