Review workflow requests

The Review page helps you to review the status of your raised requests. This page displays status and timelines for the workflow requests such as attendance regularization, claims, leaves, documents, resignations, and helpdesk requests.

On the Review page, you can review the following requests:

  • Attendance Regularizations

  • Overtime

  • Claims

  • Leaves

  • Letters

  • Resignations

  • Helpdesk

To navigate to the Review page, click Tasks > Review.

Review a workflow request

You might need to review your workflow requests, such as attendance regularizations or resignations. In such scenarios, you can view your active requests under the Active tab. You can also view the closed requests under the Closed tab.
To review a workflow request, perform the following actions:

  1. On the Review page, select the required category from the workflow category menu, such as Attendance Regularization, Overtime, Leave, Claims, Letter Request, Resignations, or Helpdesk.

  2. The Active tab displays all the active requests raised for the selected workflow. Click View Details for the request you want to review. Under Active tab, you can view the workflow requests only if you are delegated for reviewing the workflows.

  3. The relevant page opens. On the recently opened page, you can view the complete details of the raised request. You can also view the Application Timeline of the request.

    Note: The Application Timeline displays the detailed history of the raised request such as the date on which the request was submitted & accepted and with whom the request is pending. You can also post a comment with an attachment in the ticket using the Application timeline.

  4. At any point of time, if you want to withdraw the request, click Withdraw. 

View closed requests

Sometimes you might need to revisit the old raised requests. You can view the request that you have already reviewed under the Closed tab.
To view an already reviewed request, perform the following actions:

  1. On the Review page, select the required category from the workflow category menu, such as Attendance Regularization, Overtime, Leave, Claim, Letter Request, Resignations, or Helpdesk.

  2. The Closed tab displays all the closed requests raised for the selected workflow.

  3. Click View Details of the required request to view the complete details.

  4. The relevant page opens. On this page, you can view the complete details of the raised request. You can also view the Application Timeline of the request.
