Build feedback-driven culture for organizational success

At greytHR, we understand the power of continuous improvement in shaping a productive workplace. The greytHR’s Feedback feature is a testament to enhancing your work experience and fostering a culture of open communication and growth in a confidential setting.

Feedback is designed specifically for you, the employees, providing a platform to exchange insights and opinions constructively. With its user-friendly interface, it encourages a transparent dialogue, enabling you to share and receive feedback that contributes to personal and professional development.

You can manage all your feedback with the following tabs:

  • Received: This tab displays feedback from your colleagues/manager.

  • Given: This tab shows the feedback you have given to your colleagues.

  • Pending Requests: This tab displays feedback requests you have raised or an employee has requested from you.

  • Drafts: This tab displays the feedback drafts you intend to give your colleagues.

To view the Feedback page, click My Worklife > Feedback.

You can perform the following actions on the Feedback page:

  1. Request feedback from your colleagues.

  2. Give feedback to your colleagues.

Request feedback from your colleagues

Requesting feedback from colleagues serves as a valuable resource for personal and professional development. It enhances performance, improves communication, and establishes strong working relationships. To request feedback from your colleagues, perform the following actions:Β 

  1. On the Feedback page, click the Request Feedback button. The Request Feedback pop-up appears.

  2. In the Search Employee search box, enter the employee name/number from whom you want to request the feedback.

  3. In the Include a personalized message text box, enter a short message to whom you are requesting feedback.
    Note: You can improve your message while keeping the tone neutral by clicking the GreytAI button.

  4. Click Submit to request feedback. A success message appears.

Note:Β 

  • You can view all your feedback requests under the Pending Requests tab.Β 

  • You can also withdraw your feedback request by clicking the Kebab icon available on each request card.Β 

Give feedback to your colleagues

Offering feedback to colleagues proves as an important asset to support their growth, improve communication, and foster a positive working environment.

  1. On the Feedback page, click the Give Feedback button. The Give Feedback pop-up appears.

  2. In the Search Employee search box, enter the employee name/number to whom you want to give the feedback.

  3. In the Your Feedback textbox, briefly describe the feedback.
    Note: You can improve your message while keeping the tone neutral by clicking the GreytAI button.

  4. Click Submit to give feedback. A success message appears.

Note:Β 

  • You can also save the feedback as a draft by clicking Save as Draft.Β 

  • The feedback draft moves to the Drafts tab.Β 

  • You can take action on the feedback drafts by clicking Edit Draft and Delete Draft.

  • You can respond to feedback requested by your teammate from the Pending Request tab.
