Managing team members’ requests for shift allowances, incentives, or travel approvals through emails or paper forms becomes time-consuming. Tracking multiple requests makes it challenging for managers to track requests, ensure timely approvals, and maintain accurate records.
greytHR Request Hub offers you as a manager, a centralized platform to:
Track and review team members' requests in one place, reducing the hassle of manual tracking.
Save time and reduce follow-ups with streamlined request management.
Enhance team collaboration through faster approvals and better visibility.
Initiate requests for your team members.
Accept or reject requests quickly.
With greytHR Request Hub, you can initiate requests for your team members.
To raise a request for the team member(s), log in to the greytHR ESS portal and click Request Hub.
Select the Request type and the name of the team member.
Add Remarks, and set the Priority Level.
Note: To raise requests for multiple team members, you can select the team members from the Request For dropdown. The system raises separate requests for each selected team member.
Click Submit.
Note: Once submitted, you can track the request under the Pending tab.
Once the request is submitted, you, as the reviewer, can track, accept, or reject the request.
greytHR Request Hub makes it easy for you to review, approve, and reject the team members' requests.
To review and take action on a team member's request, log in to the greytHR ESS portal, and go to To Do > Review.
Select the required team member’s request and click View Details.
On the Review Request page, complete the assigned task, if any.
Note: You can view the request history under the Event Timeline section.
Click Accept/Reject.
