Welcome to greytHR's employee portal (ESS)

An ESS Portal is a web-based platform or software that enables employees to access and manage their personal information and perform various HR-related tasks without requiring direct involvement from HR personnel.

The greytHR ESS portal provides all the employee-related information. The ESS offers quick and easy access to all your HR and/or payroll-related information through a single portal.Β  It offers you direct access to important information such as payslips, income tax statements, leave and attendance information, and much more.

You can view the following details on the ESS portal:

  1. Company logo: Your company's logo appears on the top left corner of the Home page.

  2. Links: Here you can find quick links for performing an action quickly. Clicking Quick Link will help you to navigate quickly using quick links if required.

  3. Message center: Message Center displays notifications such as bulletin board posts, and payslip releases. A small dot shows the unread notification count. Click the Bell icon to view the message center.

  4. Sign out: You can quickly sign out by simply clicking this icon.

  5. Profile details: This section displays your name and photo. To edit your basic info, click View My Info. To edit your account settings, click the Settings icon.

  6. Main navigation pane: The main navigation pane displays various menu items corresponding to a module (Leave, Payroll, etc.) or any requirement (Workflows, Reports).

  7. Features navigation pane: This area provides a menu group and sub-menu items displaying specific features of each module.

You can perform the following actions on the portal:

  • View or update your personal information.Β 

  • View monthly payslips.

  • View a variety of payroll information.

  • View your leave and attendance information.

  • View updates in the organization.

  • Apply, track, and review the status of leave applications.

  • Submit IT declaration and proof of investment (POI).

  • Raise help desk tickets.

Managers and supervisors can perform the following actions on the portal:

  • View the team's leave calendar.

  • Review team member's leave applications.

  • Track the team’s leave plan.

  • Delegate workflows to other colleagues.

  • View the team's attendance and information on team members who are absent.
