Manage team member’s swipe details on greytHR mobile app

Employee swipes refer to the action of using swipe cards or biometric systems to record entry and exit times at the workplace. This system tracks attendance and work hours accurately. It replaces manual methods with a reliable and automated process.

The Employee Swipes screen in the greytHR Mobile application helps you, as a manager, to quickly monitor attendance, spot patterns like late arrivals or early departures, and manage your team’s productivity effectively. You can also reject or restore a team member’s swipe in just a few taps.

ℹ️ Swipes generally reflect as Approved. You can choose to either reject or restore them if needed. 

Reject/Restore team member's swipes 

To reject team member’s swipes:

  1. From the greytHR Mobile application, go to Explore > Attendance > Employee Swipes

  2. Enter the name or employee ID of the team member using the drop-down.

    Note: The All tab displays all the swipes of the selected team member and the History tab displays the rejected swipes.

  3. Select the required date range. By default, the present day’s date is displayed.

    Note: If there are more swipes for the same day, then tap View More.

  4. Tap the arrow to view the swipe details. You can choose to Reject the swipes by adding remarks.

  5. Tap Confirm.

ℹ️ You can restore the rejected swipes.
