Viewing and accepting team members' swipes on a mobile app typically refers to the ability of managers or supervisors to review and approve or validate the time punches or swipes made by their team members for attendance tracking purposes.
The Swipes screen allows you to view the swipe details of your team members for the selected dates. You can accept/reject the swipe of a team member. The screen displays various swipe methods used to capture swipes, such as Geo Tracking/Manual Mobile Sign In.
To view the Swipes screen, from greytHR mobile application, navigate to Explore > Attendance > Employee Swipes.
To view your team member's swipes, perform the following action:
From your mobile application, navigate to Attendance > Swipes. The Swipes screen opens.
Tap your Profile Picture/Employee ID. A pop-up appears.
In the pop-up, from the Search employee search box, search for the team member whose swipe details you want to view.
Under the Date Range, from the Start Date - End Date calendar, select the required dates. The screen displays the swipe records such as in time, approved/rejected status, swipe capture method.
To accept/reject the swipes request of a team member, perform the following actions:
From your mobile application, navigate to Attendance > Swipes. The Swipes screen opens.
Tap your Profile Picture/Employee ID. A pop-up appears.
In the pop-up, from the Search employee search box, search for the team member whose swipes you want to accept/reject.
Under the Date Range, from the Start Date - End Date calendar, select the required dates. The screen displays the swipe records such as in time, approved/rejected status, swipe capture method.
Tap the required swipe record. The swipe details screen opens and displays Swipe Type, Swipe in, Received On, Shift, In/Out, Mobile Device, Longitude, Latitude, Access Card, Mobile Id, and Address.
Tap Accept/Reject to accept or reject the team member's swipes.
