Viewing team members' attendance information on a mobile app refers to the ability of managers or supervisors to access and review detailed attendance data of individual team members. This feature allows managers to see comprehensive information regarding the attendance records and patterns of their team members.
The Attendance Info screen in the greytHR Mobile application helps you as a manager to keep track of your team members' swipes, holidays, leave, overtime, and shift details. The screen also displays the current attendance month, which you can change as per your requirements. The card below the month provides the Avg. Work Hrs, Avg. Actual Work Hrs, and Penalty Days details for the selected month.
To view your team member's detailed attendance information for a month, perform the following actions:
From the greytHR Mobile application, go to Explore > Attendance > Attendance Info. Alternatively, you can also navigate to Action > Attendance Info.
On the Attendance Info screen, under View your and your team's monthly attendance info click the dropdown to select the team member.
In the Search by name or ID search box, enter the name or ID of your team member or select the team member from the list.
Tap the Day-Wise option. The calendar appears.
On the calendar, tap a particular date. The screen displays the shift timing for the selected date.
Note: Tap the Show Legend button to view the different legends that represent Shift Codes, Status, and Leave Type on your calendar.
Tap the Edit icon. The Change Shift screen appears.
From the Shift dropdown list, select the relevant shift option.
From the Day Type dropdown list, select the required option
Tap Save to override the shift details.
You can also tap the Attendance Info, Session Details, Swipes, Overtime, Status Details, and Permission buttons one by one to view the complete information.
