Attendance regularization is a process that allows employees to correct or adjust their recorded work hours when they have experienced deviations from their usual schedule.
As a manager, you must review and take valid action on your team members' attendance regularization requests.
The Review screen in the greytHR Mobile application helps you, as a manager to review the status of your teammate's regularization requests.
You can also review the following workflow requests on the Review screen:
Permissions
Leave
Leave Cancel
Leave Comp Off
Restricted Holiday Leave
Help Desk
Attendance Regularisation
To review your team member’s regularization request, perform the following actions:
From the greytHR Mobile application, navigate to Explore > To Do > Review.
On the Review screen, you can view various request cards. Tap the Attendance Regularization card. The Active and Closed tabs appear.
Note: You can also view the total number of attendance regularization requests mentioned on the card.
Under the Active tab, select the required employee's attendance regularization request card.
Tap the Accept/Reject buttons available on the employee's request as per your requirements. The Accept Requests/Reject Requests pop-up appears.
Tap Confirm to complete your action. A success message appears.
Note: You can also view all the approved/rejected/forwarded/withdrawn requests under the Closed tab.
