The Holiday Calendar screen displays a complete list of holidays provided by your organization. The holiday list offers you an opportunity to plan your leave well in advance. You can apply/withdraw a restricted holiday application. You can also view the status of your applications, such as Apply, Applied, Approved, and Withdrawn.
The Holiday Calendar screen enables you to view the holidays for the current and previous years. The All dropdown filter on the screen allows you to view the General Holiday, Restricted Holiday, or both.
To view the Holiday Calendar screen, navigate from your mobile application to Home > Leave > Holiday List.
The Restricted Holiday card displays the Date, Day, Apply/Pending/Approved information. The Restricted Holiday cards are shown in grey, and the General Holiday card are shown in white. The Restricted Holiday screen displays the following tabs:
Apply tab: Apply for restricted holidays using this tab.
Pending tab: Under this tab, you can view the holiday applications that are yet to be approved.
History tab: You can view your closed holiday applications under this tab. These can be the applications that are approved/withdrawn.
To apply for a Restricted Holiday, perform the following actions:
Navigate from your mobile application to Home > Leave > Holiday List.
To select the Restricted Holiday option, tap the All dropdown filter. A list of all the restricted holidays appears.
Select the required holiday date, and tap Apply.
In the Reason description box, enter the reason for your application. The Applying to search box automatically displays the respective reporting manager.
Tap ADD CC to inform other team members about your restricted holiday if required.
Tap Submit to submit your application.
To withdraw a Restricted Holiday application, perform the following actions:
Navigate from your mobile application to Home > Leave > Holiday List.
From the All dropdown filter, select the Restricted Holiday option.
Select the holiday application card which you want to withdraw.
To withdraw your holiday application, tap the Withdraw option under the Pending tab.
To view details of your Restricted Holiday application, perform the following actions:
Navigate from your mobile application to Home > Leave > Holiday List.
From the All dropdown filter, select the Restricted Holiday option.
Select the required holiday application.
Under the Pending tab, tap View More. The tab expands and displays the application details such as Holiday Name, Restricted Leave Balance, Applied To, Applied On, and Reason.
Note: You can also view the complete timeline under the Pending tab. Click View Timeline to view your application's timeline.
