View and download YTD statement

The term year-to-date (YTD) refers to the period from the first day of the current financial year up to the present date. The YTD Reports screen in the greytHR mobile application allows you to view the summary of your Earnings, Deductions, and Net Pay for the selected financial year. The dropdown filter option on the top right corner of the YTD Reports screen allows you to view the YTD Statement and PF YTD Statement for the selected financial year.

To view the YTD Reports screen, navigate from your mobile application to Home > Salary > YTD Reports.

View YTD statement details

To view the details on a YTD statement, perform the following actions:

1. Navigate from your mobile application to Home > Salary > YTD Reports. The YTD Reports screen displays the YTD Statement card.

2. To view the consolidated amount of Income, Deductions, Days, and Net Pay based on the latest released payroll, tap View More on the YTD Statement card.

3. To view the YTD report for a particular financial year, tap the dropdown filter option on the right side of the YTD Statement screen.

4. To view the break up of the salary components for the financial year, tap the Income, Deductions, Days, and Net Pay cards on the YTD Statement screen.

Note: To view details of the consolidated amount of each salary component, tap the arrow (⇾ ) icon.

Download YTD statement

To download your YTD statement, perform the following actions:

1. Navigate from your mobile application to Home > Salary > YTD Reports. The YTD Reports screen displays the YTD Statement card.

2. To download your YTD statement, tap the Download button on the YTD Statement card.

   Alternatively, you can also navigate from the YTD Statement card > View More button > Download YTD Statement available at the bottom of the YTD Statement screen.

View PF YTD statement details

To view the details of the PY YTD statement, perform the following actions:

1. Navigate from your mobile application to Home > Salary > YTD Reports. The YTD Reports screen displays the PF YTD Statement card.

2. Tap View More on the PF YTD Statement card to view the consolidated employee and employer PF contribution based on the latest released payroll. The PF YTD Statement screen displays the Summary tab and Detailed View tab.

• Summary tab: The Summary tab in the PF YTD Statement screen displays the following information:

  • The dropdown filter allows you to select the financial year for which you want to view the PF YTD statement.

  • The dropdown arrow (∨) on the Your PF Summary Statement card displays the employee and employer PF contribution.

  • The Employee Details card displays Employee No, Name, Join Date, PF No, and UAN.

• Detailed view tab: The Detailed view tab in the PF YTD Statement screen displays the following information:

  • The PF YTD Statement screen displays the breakdown structure of the total PF amount along with the employee and employer PF contribution.

  • The Employee Details card displays Employee No, Name, Join Date, PF No, and UAN.

Download PF YTD statement

To download your PF YTD statement, perform the following actions:

1. Navigate from your mobile application to Home > Salary > YTD Reports. The YTD Reports screen displays the PF YTD Statement card.

2. To download your PF YTD statement, tap the Download button on the PF YTD Statement card.

   Alternatively, you can also navigate to the PF YTD Statement card > View More button > Download YTD Statement available at the bottom of the PF YTD Statement screen.
