Cost to Company (CTC) refers to the total compensation package provided to an employee by a company. It includes various components such as salary, allowances, bonuses, and benefits.

The Salary Revision page in the greytHR ESS portal enables you to view the complete history of salary revisions till the current date. You can also view the duration since the last salary revision.

To view the Salary Revision page, click Salary > Salary Revision.

View revised CTC details

To view the revised CTC details, perform the following actions:

On the Salary Revision page, in the CTC Revision Details section, click the View Details option on the required CTC revision row. The Salary Revision Break-up Details pop-up appears. In the pop-up, you can view salary components such as Full HRA, Full Basic, Full Conveyance, Full Special Allowance, Monthly CTC, and Annual CTC.
You can also view the CTC Revision Timeline section which displays the graphical representation of your CTC or salary revision. This includes the date and percentage of your salary revisions.
