When using an app, you may encounter problems such as trouble logging in, marking attendance, or the app crashing. The developer team can troubleshoot these issues by studying the error codes. Your app registers these errors in diagnostic logs. To read the error codes, the team needs to access the diagnostic logs of your phone. By reading the diagnostic logs, developers can figure out the solution for these errors.
The same is true for the greytHR app. If you are facing some errors, we recommend that you enable the Diagnostic Logs option in the greytHR mobile app to ensure that all errors are recorded. You can find this option only if your admin has enabled it.
Once you enable the option, the system will generate logs and capture the details of the error in the backend. This will help the developers find a solution and diagnose the issue.
To enable the Diagnostic Logs option, perform the following actions:
From the greytHR mobile application, on the top right corner of the Home screen, tap your Profile icon > Settings option.
On the Settings screen, tap the Toggle option available next to Diagnostic Logs. The Diagnostic Logs pop-up appears.
Tap the Enable option.
Note: Once you enable the option, the system will automatically disable the option after 30 minutes.
Tap Skip if you do not want to enable the option.
Note: Tap the Home icon on the top right corner of the screen to return to the Home screen.
