Unite by greytHR for employees

Unite by greytHR is a one-stop platform that provides access to various third-party applications within greytHR. With this feature, you as an employee can experience a variety of products and services at your fingertips. 

The Unite integration in the greytHR ESS portal enables you to use many trustworthy products and services to enjoy benefits relating to your financial, mental, and overall well-being. The benefits include Lending, Earned Wage Access, Tax, Savings, and Investments.

To view the Unite By greytHR page, click Unite By greytHR.

Benefits of using Unite

List of applications available for you (greytHR customers, employees)

  1. Lending - KreditBee, Fibe, FatakPay.

  2. Earned Wage Access - MyShubhLife, KarmaLife.

  3. Tax Filing - ClearTax.

Accept terms of Unite

As an employee, you must first agree to the Terms and Conditions of Unite by greytHR feature. 

To accept the terms of the Unite by greytHR feature, perform the following actions:

  1. On the Unite by greytHR page, the Terms of Service pop-up appears.
    Note: You can view the pop-up only if you are visiting the page for the first time.

  2. Select Yes, I have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy and Yes, I hereby consent to share my data for the purposes as mentioned in the Terms & Conditions checkboxes.

  3. Click I Agree to accept the Unite. 

Access application

To access an application, perform the following actions:

  1. On the Unite by greytHR page, select the required application card. For example - Clear Tax and click View Details.  The selected application page opens.

  2. Click Enable. The Electronic Consent Form to share Customer / Employee Information with third-party service provider form appears.
    Note: We recommend you fully understand the app by browsing through the About, Pricing, Support, and FAQs tabs.

  3. Click the Yes, I have understood the above clarification and permit greytHR to share above listed information with ClearTax checkbox.

  4. Click the I am interested. Please contact me checkbox.

  5. Click Accept & Proceed to get started with the application.

Note: 

  1. Click the More icon to:

  2. Navigate back to Home.

  3. Customize the Company Profile and Access Control information by clicking Settings.

  4. Click the Home icon to navigate back to the Unite by greytHR page.
