View and download payslips

Payslips or salary slips are documents that contain detailed information on an employee’s salary components like the basic salary, HRA, special allowance, and basic deductions.

The Payslips page in the greytHR ESS portal displays different types of payslips released for an employee. 

To view the Payslips page, click Salary > Payslips.

You can perform the following actions on the Payslips page:

  1. View and download payslip.

  2. View and download CTC payslip.

  3. View and download reimbursement payslip.

  4. View and download overtime payslip.

View and download payslip

To view and download your payslip, perform the following actions:

  1. On the Payslips page, click the Payslip tab. The page displays your detailed payslip under the Earnings and Deductions sections.
    Note: You can also view the Employee details section with the Employee No, Employee Name, bank details, and Joining Date.

  2. From the month dropdown list, select the required month for which you want to view the payslip.

  3. Click the Download icon to download your payslip. The payslip downloads in pdf format.

View and download CTC payslip

To view and download your CTC payslip, perform the following actions:

  1. On the Payslips page, click the CTC Payslip tab. The page displays your detailed CTC with basic salary, HRA, special allowance, and conveyance details. 
    Note: You can also view the Employee details section with the Employee No, Employee Name, bank details, and Joining Date.

  2. From the month dropdown list, select the required month for which you want to view the payslip.

  3. Click the Download icon to download your CTC payslip. The CTC payslip downloads in pdf format.

View and download reimbursement payslip

To view and download your reimbursement payslip, perform the following actions:

  1. On the Payslips page, click the Reimb. Payslip tab. The page displays your detailed reimbursement payslip.
    Note: You can also view the Employee details section with the Employee No, Employee Name, bank details, and Joining Date.

  2. From the month dropdown list, select the required month for which you want to view the payslip.

  3. Click the Download icon to download your reimbursement payslip. The reimbursement payslip downloads in PDF format.

View and download overtime payslip

To view and download your overtime payslip, perform the following actions:

  1. On the Payslips page, click the Overtime Payslip tab. The page displays your detailed overtime payslip.
    Note: You can also view the Employee details section with the Employee No, Employee Name, bank details, and Joining Date.

  2. From the month dropdown list, select the required month for which you want to view the payslip.

  3. Click the Download icon to download your overtime payslip. The overtime payslip downloads in PDF format.
