Review team member’s workflow requests

When reviewing team member's workflow requests, a designated individual, such as a team leader or manager, examines the requests to understand their nature, purpose, and potential impact on the team's operations. The review process involves assessing the feasibility, priority, and alignment of the requests with team goals, resources, and timelines.

The Review screen in your ESS mobile application provides you with an option to review your team members' workflow requests. You can review the requests related to leave, attendance, and helpdesk and take appropriate actions. 

The Show All toggle on the top right corner of the Review screen displays all the pending and completed tasks of a reviewer. The Show Active toggle displays only the pending tasks. 

Each request card displays a few details, such as action buttons, status, date applied, reviewer name, and subject of the application. The View More button on the screen displays more details, the Application Timeline, and provides you an option to download the attachments if any.

You can perform the following actions on the Review screen:

  1. Review attendance regularization requests.

  2. Review leave requests.

  3. Review helpdesk requests.

  4. View closed requests.

To view the review screen on your greytHR mobile application, navigate to Explore > To Do > Review.

Review attendance regularization requests

To review a team member's regularization request, perform the following actions:

  1. From your mobile ESS application, navigate to Home > To Do > Review. The Review screen opens.

  2. Tap Attendance Regularization. The Review - Attendance Regularization screen opens.

  3. Tap the Active tab. The tab displays the regularization requests which require your action.

  4. Tap the required request card to open the request.

  5. Tap Approve/Reject to take the appropriate action for the selected request.

The View More option displays more information about the selected request, such as Pending with, Total Days, Remarks, Date, Day, Shift time, Approver's Remark, and Application Timeline.

Review leave requests

To review a team member's leave requests, perform the following actions:

  1. From your ESS application, navigate to Home > To Do > Review. The Review screen opens.

  2. Under Leave, you can view requests related to Leave, Leave Cancel, Leave Encashment, Leave Comp Off, and Restricted Holiday Leave. Tap the required leave card. A screen opens. 

  3. Tap the Active tab. The tab displays the requests which require your action.

  4. Tap the required request card to open the request.

  5. Tap Forward/Approve/Reject to take the appropriate action for the selected request. The View More option displays more information about the selected leave application, such as Applied To, Applied On, Session Details, Leave Balance, and Application Timeline.

Review helpdesk requests

To review a team member's helpdesk requests, perform the following actions:

  1. From your mobile application, navigate to Home > To Do > Review. The Review screen opens.

  2. Tap the Helpdesk card. The Helpdesk screen opens.

  3. Tap the Active tab. The tab displays the requests which require your action.
    Note: The requests that you forward as a reviewer moves to the Closed tab.

  4. Tap the required request card to open the request.

  5. Tap Resolve/Accept/Forward to take appropriate action for the selected request.

The View More option displays more information about the selected request, such as Applied Date, Subject, Priority, Attachment, and Application Timeline.

View closed requests

To view a team member's closed requests, perform the following actions:

  1. From your mobile application, navigate to Home > To Do > Review. The Review screen opens.

  2. Tap the Attendance Regularization/Leave/Helpdesk request cards as per your requirements. The respective request screen opens.

  3. Tap the Closed tab. The tab displays all the Closed, Forwarded, Withdrawn, Rejected, and Approved requests. You can view more information about the requests by tapping the View More option.
